I had the pleasure of working with Shannon at Cleveland Clinic. Shannon was always willing to take the time to help others and be the best colleague she could be. I will forever appreciate her kindness, knowledge and humor.
My heart goes out to her family, friends, and colleagues. Shannon was a beautiful light and will be missed dearly.

Shannon was amazing and with so many others, I will miss her. She was the guru of all things schedule. She was the holder of the knowledge, the sage. I wish I was able to work with her more. Her absence will be felt by so many. Peace to all who love her.

Met the Augusta Family in the small world of travel softball. Never really competed against each other but knew a lot of the same quality people. Shared some small conversation that was always filled with laughs.
