Shannon Michele Long, age 53 of Gallatin, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at her residence.
She was born in Atlanta Georgia to the late Kenneth Strickland and Julie Strickland.
She is survived by her children, Loretta Torres and her husband Josh of Gallatin, Dustin Strickland; grandchildren, Anthony Keith and Melanie Strickland; brother Kenneth Strickland and wife Rebecca; sister Rita Strickland; sister-in-law Rebecca Strickland; like a daughter, Crystal Stroud; friend and caregiver Fancy Kelley.
Shannon worked for many years at MGM Market here in Gallatin.
A funeral service will be conducted on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home with William Long officiating. Visitation will also be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. until service time.
Arrangements entrusted to the Anderson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main Street, Gallatin.
