Shaquille Stuttle

Shaquille (Shaq) M. Stuttle was born in Sayre PA on June 13 th, 1994 and raised in Ithaca, NY. Shaq died unexpectedly on October 5 th, 2025 in Newfield, NY, where had recently moved.
He is survived by his Grandmother: Francyne Stuttle Bowlsby, Parents: Nancy & Carlos Gonzalez; Father: Shane Bunce Sr; siblings: Sheena Stuttle (Chris), Shine (Greg) Taylor, Victoria Bunce, Shane Bunce Jr, Adriana Gonzalez, Juliana Gonzalez, Onna'Leigh Bunce, Brooklyn Gonzalez; cousins: LeMari, Raheem, Joyce &; Jacobi Spears, Lay-Lah Beatty, Kayleigh Eastman, Samantha Dutcher, George Bush, Tiffany Hall; Nephews/Nieces: Tayshawn &; LaMarkus Stedge, DaeJahd, Daemorah &; Ahzareea Leckey; Aunts/Uncles: Mary Stuttle (Mimi), Angel Bunce (Nate), Tieara Leckey, Edythe Hall, Luis (Hannah) Gonzalez, Joseph Burlingame, Liberty Bell, Andrew Bell, Stevie Bunce, Casey Bunce, Sara Robinson, Sarina Sheppard; grandparents: Clarence Bunce and Mary Bell, and so many other aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him dearly.
Shaq lived in Ithaca, NY most of his life, until recently moving to Newfield to be closer to his family. He lived with his grandma Fran and she meant the world to him! He showed that every day by how he took care of her. He was an avid lover of sports of ALL kinds! The Lakers being his favorite team above all else. You knew Shaq was coming when all you could see was purple and gold coming towards you. You better not ask him to do anything if the Lakers, LSU, UCONN, or the Saints were playing, unless you were grandma Fran or one of the kids needing a ride. He might have complained a little but he did it for them because he loved them all so much. Shaq was the best brother, big cousin and uncle a child could ever ask for and he loved them all near or far. He was always there cheering them on at every game he could make it to and always encouraging them to graduate high school. Shaq was filled with so much love that he showed to the people that meant the most to him. If the littles were at his house, you could be guaranteed at least one of them was camped out in his room hangin with Shaq. He loved having family BBQ's and birthday parties, and Christmas eve at Mimi's house, really just any reason to get everyone together and just hang out. Shaq will be missed greatly by his family and friends. We will take comfort in knowing that he was met with open arms by his Aunt Tina and 2 of his best friends Steven (Bookie) and T'Keya (Premo).
A Celebration of Life will be held for Shaq on October 25 th, 2025 from 2pm-5pm at the Greater Ithaca Activity Center 301 W Court St, Ithaca, NY. It will be a party Shaq would have loved; we can come together to remember all the good times!! Cards can be mailed to 1980 Elmira Rd Apt 24, Newfield NY.
