Sharon Fox Obituary
She was born July 21, 1947, in Muncie, the daughter of James Herman and Mary Martha (Baxter) Ross. Sharon attended Muncie schools.
After high school, Sharon started her family and enjoyed being a homemaker.
She was very giving and had a big heart. Sharon was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Sharon was also a pet lover and enjoyed bowling and hanging out at the pool.
Sharon is survived by three children, Teresa Clark, Patricia (Brian) Addington, and Tommy (Shelley) Clark; three stepchildren, George (Pat) Fox, Jr., Michael (Sue) Fox, and Virginia Todd; grandchildren, Phil (Megan) Baird, Misty (Dan) Smith, Tommy Clark, Jr., Spencer Evans, and Nikki Evans; great grandchildren, Lilly Baird, Owen Baird, Eli Smith, and Bentley Clark; step grandchildren, Larry Fox, Jeremy Fox, Tina Dressler, Brian Fox, Stacy Baudendistel, Stefanie Badger, and Suzanna Freeman; several step great grandchildren; and a sister, Barbara "Rose" Jett.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George Fox; a brother, Robert Ross; a sister, Judy Ross Workman; a sister-in-law, Alice Ross; and a brother-in-law, Ed Jett.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, from 10:00 am until service time at Noon on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Rescue Fund (A.R.F.), 1209 W. Riggin Road, Muncie, In 47303.
