Sharon Palmer Obituary
Sharon Palmer, passed away on November, 19th, 2023 at the age of 83. She was a lifetime resident of the Warsaw area and is remembered for her strong will and as a hard worker who instilled the same work ethic in her daughters
Born on March 13th, 1940 in Plymouth, Sharon was the daughter of John R. and Ruth Dillman Webster Blocker. Sharon was blessed to find love twice - first she was married to Arles Slaven and later remarried to Earl Osburn. Sadly, both have preceded her in passing as did her daughter, Terrie Tacket; Terrie's husband, Clifford; and Sharon's brothers, Robert Webster and David Barts.
Sharon led a fruitful career that exemplified her strong work ethic and dedication. Together with Earl, she worked at Creighton Brothers. Later on, Sharon dedicated many years of service to Crystal Lake Egg Products where she earned a reputation for her commitment to the job and tireless efforts which made a lasting impact on coworkers and those around her.
In addition to being a hardworking individual, Sharon was characterized by her selflessness and kindness towards others. Through her sometimes tough exterior, she had a warm heart and rarely knew a stranger. Sharon was strong-willed and independent, and, at the same time selfless of her time and efforts to those who knew her best.
Sharon Palmer is survived by daughter, Linda (and husband, Roy) Cervantes of Warsaw; grandson, Cory Smith of Elkhart; siblings: Marcia (and husband, David) Birden of Rochester, Gary (and wife, Louise) Webster of Noblesville and Patricia Partin of Roanoke; as well as sister-in-law Connie Webster (wife of Robert) of Melbourne, FL.
Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw is entrusted with care of Sharon and the family. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Beginning at 1 o'clock, Sharon's life will be celebrated with Pastor Hedgel Perry officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Flowers and written condolences may be sent through via www.TitusFuneralHome.com while memorial gifts may be given to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County with envelopes available at the funeral home.
