She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed dining out, and loved hunting and fishing. She enjoyed driving the school bus for Rapides Parish Schools. She was a wonderful mother who dearly loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Linward A. McCan; her parents, Millard White and Ida Jordan; four brothers; and two sisters.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Terry McCan and Darren McCan; one daughter, Dana Geer (James); three grandchildren, Seth McCan, Bennett McCan, and Macee McCan; and a host of nieces and nephews.
