Shawn Sullivan Obituary

Shawn was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and the joy he brought to those around him. He grew up in Bloomington, where he built lasting friendships and touched many lives with his warmth and generosity.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. Sullivan; his brother, Robert D. King; and his grandparents, Ralph and Mary Sullivan, all of Bloomington, Indiana.
Shawn is survived by his sisters, Shannon R. Sullivan of Solsberry, Indiana, and Jennifer George and her husband, Ray George, of Bloomington, Indiana. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces: Jameson Sullivan, Madison Page, Kyle George, Robert D. King III, Hazelee King, and Chloe King. In addition, Shawn leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly. His love for family, especially the children in his life, was a defining part of who he was, and his memory will live on through them.
A service to honor Shawn's life will be held at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville, Indiana, on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. All friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate his life.

Sending all my love and prayers for the family!! I'm so sorry for your loss!! I'm gonna miss him terribly and was blessed to call him a good friend!!
