Sheila Ann McCall Skeparnis, a cherished resident of Henderson County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on December 29, 1957, in Transylvania County, North Carolina, Sheila was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched many lives.

A graduate of West Henderson High School, class of 1975, Sheila went on to dedicate many years of her professional life to Eaton Manufacturing Corporation, where she was known for her diligence and camaraderie with colleagues.

Sheila was a devoted member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church, where she found spiritual fulfillment and community. Her love for social gatherings was evident in her regular meetings with friends for Bingo at Pisgah Forest, a pastime she cherished deeply. Saturdays were often spent with her mother, exploring yard sales, a tradition that brought her immense joy and fond memories.

Preceded in death by her loving parents, Edgar and Carolyn McCall, Sheila leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship. She is survived by her brother, Terry McCall of Mills River, North Carolina, and two dear friends, Denise Pace and Libby Roberts, who were like family to her. Sheila's faithful little dog, Tink, also remains as a testament to her nurturing spirit.

Sheila was much loved and cared for as a friend, sister, daughter, and neighbor. Her gentle presence and generous heart will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
