In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Tettemer as well as numerous siblings.
Shelby is survived by her two sons Gary Lornson and Larry Lornson; five daughters, Elizabeth Lornson, Sharon Janssen, Bonnie Lornson, Regina Estrada and Debbie McCaghren; two brothers, Jerry Southers and Clayton Southers; six sisters, Della Mays, Brenda Meadows, Barbara Cox, Clara Hensley, Bonita Gore, and Janet Gordon; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m., on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Impact Ministries, 300 Shen Elk Plaza, Elkton, VA, with Pastor Brad Lewis and Terry Southers officiating.
