Sherra Cameruci passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025. She was born in Gary, Indiana on September 3, 1949. While her mother, Linda, was on the road singing, she spent her early years raised with her sister, Shawna, by her grandma Ruby in Arkansas. Sherra and Shawna became a family unit again in Miami with Linda and their stepfather Arthur, along with their brother, Marc, step-sister Patricia and step-brother Arthur. She loved her years growing up on Biscayne Bay and all the "trouble" she and her sisters would get into.

After graduating from high school, she met her then husband, Vic, and had their only son, Marc. They moved around a bit prior to settling down in Ocala. She was in Ocala for 11 years where she found her calling in real estate. She worked her way up to become the sales director for a large modern development community, and then sales director for multiple communities throughout Florida.

Sherra found her way to Indialantic in 1994 and her true real estate calling, oceanfront condos. She founded Cameruci Realty in 1998 and operated her business quite successfully for 24 years, known to many in the community as the "Condo Queen."

Highly engaged with her community and neighbors, she was a longtime member of the Eau Gallie Yacht Club, where she served on the Women's Council. She also served on her condo board for many years at Jade Palm, was a member of Holy Apostles Episcopal Church in Satellite Beach and, as an avid fisherman, was a member of the Brevard Lady Anglers.

Sherra was a born entertainer and known for her lavish parties. Her friends still fondly remember her Kentucky Derby parties, which were always her favorite. An amazing cook, she especially enjoyed the years she and her friends participated in regular supper club gatherings.

Her most favorite joy came later in life – spending time with her granddaughters, Sarah and Ella. She loved to let them raid her closet and play dress up, then bake scones with them and have tea parties. She taught them all the tunes to Mama Mia and played Taylor Swift and Katy Perry on repeat in her car just for them. She also loved to take them down to the beach to fish and look for shells.

Born with an incredibly generous heart, Sherra always put her family and friends first. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Sherra is survived by her son, Marc (Erin) Cameruci, granddaughters Sarah and Ella Cameruci, sister Shawna Capozella and family in Bradenton, Florida.

A memorial to honor Sherra will be scheduled later this summer.
