Shirley A. Cissna 88, of Sacramento, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Maple Manor Health Care Center in Greenville. Shirley Ann Callas was born June 7, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Anna Peirce Callas and was married to Ronald Ray Cissna on February 16, 1973.
Shirley was a homemaker and a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church. Shirley loved going to church with her family and visiting with both her family and friends. Her greatest love though was caring for and spending time with her son, Scott.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Ronnie Cissna, who died August 24, 2015.
Shirley is survived by a son, Scott Cissna of Central City; a daughter, Stacy McElwain of Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Cheryl Villines (Roy) of Madisonville.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Poplar Grove Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Shirley's family from 1:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.
The Shirley A. Cissna family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Poplar Grove Cemetery Fund; P.O. Box 234; Sacramento, Kentucky 42372.
