Shirley Ann Cleaver died October 28, 2025. She was born on June 22, 1946 in Clairfield, Tennessee. A resident of Okeechobee for thirteen years, she was a member of VFW Aux 10359, also a Member Xenia, Ohio, Elks, and Order of Eastern Star, Victory Chapter, of Dayton Ohio. She enjoyed golf and fishing.
Mrs. Cleaver was preceded in death by her parents, G.S. King and Ellen King; daughter, Maria; and granddaughter, Paige.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Cleaver, of Okeechobee, Florida, sons, William A Barker, of Dayton, Ohio, Frederick Barker (Vicki), of Xenia, Ohio, and Robert Barker (Shelly), of St. Marys, Georgia; stepson, Robert L. Cleaver (Diann), of Dayton, Ohio; stepdaughter, Angela M. Pettitt (Brian), Kettering, Ohio; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and sister, Janice Cotterman, of Sidney, Ohio.
A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
