Shirley M Francis, 86, of San Angelo died peacefully at home on Friday, June 27, 2025. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Cody Turner of PaulAnn Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Robert Massie Funeral Home. Ms. Francis was born on July 20, 1938 in Newburgh, New York to John and Oleita Hedges Neuwirth. Shirley was a resident of San Angelo for 46 years. Shirley enjoyed life by providing a welcoming table for all her family and any friends that happened to stop by. She enjoyed gardening and sitting on her porch, watching the hummingbirds visit her many feeders. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank E Francis, Sr. She is survived by 1 Daughter, Rhonda Bailey (Clovis) of San Angelo; 5 sons Frank (Becky) of San Angelo, Robert (Moira) of Dayton Md, William (Sheryl) of Eola, Timmy (Kim) of San Angelo and Thomas (Debbie) of San Angelo. 10 grandchildren (Leah, Robert, Jill, Erica, Kevin, Michaela, Cody, Bethany, Zachary and Julia); and 6 great grandchildren (Joe, Marcus, Kasen, James, Marley and Hattie); 2 sisters, Mary Dejong of FL and Janet Wagner of VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Texas Rehab, westtexasrehab.org/online-donation/
