Shirley Ann Kirkpatrick, age 86, passed away on July 28, 2025, in Mabank, Texas. She was born on February 26, 1939, to parents George Marion and Louella (Hall) Bennight
Shirley spent 41 years with the love of her life Jesse Kirkpatrick. Together they built a life and family. Shirley worked many years as a seamstress. She loved to shop, decorate, and more than anything she loved her grandchildren.
Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Kirkpatrick; parents, George and Louella Bennight; son, Carl Kirkpatrick; grandson, John Kirkpatrick; granddaughter, Julie Hall; siblings, Bobbie Jean Shelton, and Marion (Demp) Bennight.
Shirley is survived by her daughter, Renee Greene; grandson, Paul Kirkpatrick; great-grandchildren, Brandon Hall, Breana Hall, Jaden Hammonds, Ashtin Hammonds, and Ember Kirkpatrick; great-great-granddaughter, Laney Jones; as well as numerous family, friends, and loved ones.
