Shirley Miller Obituary

She was born on May 28, 1933 in Croswell, a daughter of the late Harry M. and Anna L. (Stanley) Wilson. Shirley married Robert P. Miller on September 26, 1953 in Sandusky. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2012.
Shirley farmed with her husband and was the Lexington Township Treasurer for many years. She was a member of the St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Lexington. Shirley loved to bowl, play cards, travel and most of all she loved her pets, Abby, Putty and Princess.
Shirley is survived by a daughter, Sue Ann (Dale) Paterson of Carsonville, two sons, William R. Miller and Gary P. (Leann) Miller all of Croswell; four grandsons, four great granddaughters and one great great grandson; three sister-in-laws, Lucille Miller (who was also a special friend) of Lexington, Carol Miller of Coleman and Joyce Miller of Armada; several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be in the Croswell Cemetery.
No services are planned at this time. Arrangements were by the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Croswell.
