Silvia Castrejon

Silvia Castrejon Ojeda of Conroe, Texas passed away July 22, 2024, surrounded by loving family after a courageous battle with a chronic illness, at the age of 55. She was born in Huitzuco, Guerrero, Mexico on February 10, 1969 to Gildardo and Arnulfa Ojeda Dominguez.
Silvia is survived by her five children: Zuri Anae Guadarrama (Rafael Guadarram), Erick Jassir Castrejon, Silvia Itzel Castrejon, Sandra Lisett Castrejon, and Juan Antonio Castrejon. Silvia was a devoted grandmother to eight grandchildren: Alexia Guadarrama, Kylie Guadarrama, Pablo Castrejon, Milagros Rojas, Eder Castrejon, Aiden Castrejon, Maya Castrejon, and Alena Castrejon. Silvia cherished her time with her grandchildren, often making popsicles with them and filling their days with laughter and love. She is also survived by her six siblings: Felix Ojeda Dominguez, Victoria Ojeda Dominguez, Lucila Ojeda Dominguez, Claudia Ojeda Dominguez, Reyna Ojeda Dominguez, and Gildardo Ojeda Dominguez. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Virginia Ojeda Dominguez, Mario Ojeda Dominguez, Antonio Ojeda Dominguez, and Pablo Ojeda Dominguez.
Silvia lived in Conroe, Texas, for over 30 years, where she built a beautiful life and made countless memories. She worked at the Residence Inn by Marriott for five years, during which she formed many cherished friendships. Later, she pursued a new career and spent over six years working for the Kades Corporation.
Known for her charismatic personality, Silvia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was admired for her unwavering dedication to family, her strong work ethic, and her compassionate nature. Silvia's family and friends were a cornerstone of her life, and she relished visiting new places and creating lasting memories with them. Even during her illness, she remained hopeful and brought warmth to those around her. She was truly a beacon of hope and resilience, even in times of despair.
Today, we honor the profound impact Silvia has left on the lives of those she touched. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence will be deeply missed and she will be forever remembered.
