on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Born in Cambodia, he was a son of Rem O'Connor.
He is survived by two children, Stephen and Jessica Saing.
To all family and friends who had the pleasure of meeting my Father, and embracing his humor, his kindness, and his heart. He always knew how to make people smile and laugh. He was always there for anyone who needed help and his heart was always big. We would like to invite family and friends to his Good Morning To All, Friends and Family. His Buddhist Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, December 23m 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Carpenter-Jenks, Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick, followed by a procession and cremation in White Dove Crematory.
Thank You All. May He Rest in Eternal Peace.
