Spencer Davis Woodson Forsling

Spencer Davis Woodson Forsling, age 22, passed away on December 3, 2025 in Blacksburg, VA. He was born on March 4, 2003 in Pensacola, FL.

Spencer was a graduate of Allen D. Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, FL. A dedicated student with a passion for innovation, Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering and was pursuing a Masters in Electrical Engineering at The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, "Virginia Tech." His interests reflected appreciation for both the technical and the artistic. He loved reading, photography, creating and enjoying music, art, and spending time in nature. He was an active participant in the APIDA+ (Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American) Center and a member and President of Naturally Sharp, where he shared his love of music.

Spencer is survived by his mother, Tommi Woodson; father, Carl Forsling; his sister, Amelia Forsling and grandparents, Tom and Anne Woodson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.
