Stacy was born on June 16, 1971 in Bayonne, New Jersey to George T. Wilbeck and Rosemary S. (Scarpa) Wilbeck. She married Michael LaMotta on May 13, 2000.
Education was very important to Stacy, earning a double Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston- Clear Lake and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Stacy is preceded in death by her father, George T. Wilbeck, and her mother, Rosemary (Scarpa) Wilbeck.
She is survived by her husband, Michael LaMotta; sisters, Jamie Uhlmann and husband, Casey; Joette Wilbeck; nephew, Harrison K. Uhlmann; father-in-law, Chuck LaMotta and wife, Karen; mother-in-law, Sherry Dalton; brothers-in-law, Ryan LaMotta and wife, Sherri, Kyle LaMotta and wife, Amy, and Chase Dalton and wife, Robyn; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.
