Stanley Edwin Malachowski passed away on August 9, 2025. Born in San Diego, California, on November 23, 1962, Stan was the beloved son of Edwina and Stanley Malachowski.

Stan spent his first 30 years enjoying the California beaches and sun. It was there that he met his lovely wife Susan. After their marriage in 1993, they moved to Austin where Stan built a long and successful career in commercial property management. He was deeply respected and earned a reputation for his professionalism and integrity. Stan deeply enjoyed conversing with his clients and vendors about business or anything else.

Stan was a deeply sensitive man who enjoyed spending time with his family. His love of history motivated his enjoyment in collecting antiques and memorabilia.

Although Stan was a deeply believing Christian, he was never able to make peace with the tragic loss of his son. He also felt great sorrow for other parents who lost children and he would often engage in deep conversation about his grief. Even though we are devastated by the loss of Stan, we are comforted knowing that he is now with his son, Kyle.

Stan was preceded in death by his son, Kyle, and his younger sister, Sandra. He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan, and his cherished daughters, Rhyan and Autumn. He also leaves behind his older sister, Diane (Michael Moretto) of Myrtle Beach, SC, and his older brother, Steve (Shelley) of Austin, TX, along with his nieces Lauren Connelly (Will) and Cady Fink (Andrew). He is also survived by Susan's brothers Alan Rhoads of Oceanside, CA and Thomas Rhoads of San Marcos, CA.

A private burial service will be held for the family, and a celebration of Stan's life will be announced at a later date.
