Born Tuesday, September 25, 1951, in Staten Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Sileo and and the late Helen Schulken Boyle.
She is survived by husband, Thomas Miller of Sparta, TN; children, Jennifer Miller Keen (Robert) of Cookeville, TN, and Kelly Pyatt (Dustin) of IN; grandchildren, Joshua Brock, Tayler Brock, Jonathan Simmons, Michael Green, Leslie Hutchings, and Katie Keen; great-grandchildren, Declan, Finnegan, Chloe, and Waylon; and brother, Vincent Sileo (Cindy) of NY.
Pallbearers will be Robert Keen, Jonathan Simmons, Joshua Brock, Joshua Hutchings, Michael Green, and Dustin Pyatt.
The funeral service for Starann will be Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Interment will follow the service in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Sparta, TN. Pastor Nathan Hawkins will officiate.
