Stella Cassada Obituary
Stella Marie Cassada, age 63 years, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky died Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.
She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in December 20, 1960 the daughter of Charles and Mildred (Davenport) Garland. Stella had worked as a CNA and was a member of the Greenwood Freedom Worship. She enjoyed being a caretaker.
Her parents; and three brothers precede her in death.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Tony Cassada of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; sons, Jason Roberts of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Matt Gibson of LaGrange, Kentucky, and Chris Gibson of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister, Ann Foley of Cincinnati, Ohio; numerous grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 5pm Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Greenwood Freedom Worship with Bro. Russell Keith officiating. Cremation to follow. The family will receive friends after 11am Friday at the Church.
McCreary County Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
