Stella Lynn Morgan, a cherished homemaker and beloved member of her community, passed away on October 7, 2025, at the Well's Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was 60 years old. Born on April 1, 1965, in Harlan, Kentucky, Stella brought warmth and light to those fortunate enough to know her.
Throughout her life, Stella dedicated herself to her family and took great pride in her role as a homemaker. She had a passion for shopping, often finding joy in selecting the perfect gifts for her loved ones and decorating her home with care. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her household, as she created an inviting atmosphere that welcomed friends and family alike.
Stella is survived by her loving children: three sons, Travis Joseph (Carla), Josh Morgan (Lamecia), and Jordan Morgan (Stacy), along with her daughter, Heather Morgan (Casey). She also leaves behind her beloved brothers, Jerry Joseph, Jimmy Joseph, Johnny Joseph, and Jeff Joseph, as well as her sister, Cassie Bowling and a special friend, Geneva Brock. Stella's legacy continues through her eleven grandchildren, who will carry her memory forward in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Joseph and Sue Maggard Joseph, as well as her grandchild, Ashton Bailey. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Frank Joseph and Jerald Joseph.
Stella Lynn Morgan will be remembered not only for her devotion to her family but also for the kindness and joy she shared with everyone around her. Her presence will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will undoubtedly remain alive in the countless memories she helped create.
Funeral: Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Interment: Brown Cemetery, Bledsoe, KY.
Visitation: Sunday, October 12, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Funeral Home Chapel
