Stephanie Plassmeyer, born January 28th, 1967 in Jefferson City, a daughter to the late Murl and Dianna Seymour, passed away at her home February 20th, 2026.
Steph was a 1985 graduate at Belle high school and was a member of the First Christian Church. She was active in her church teaching vacation bible school and helping with the dinners. Stephs faith in God was strong and she read her Bible frequently.
On November 1, 1986 she was united in marriage to Byan Plassmeyer at the First Christian Church in Belle. Bryan survives of their home near Belle.
Steph had been employed at Lortz’s Supermarket as well as Garstang Gas when she was younger and retired after 23 years at the Vienna License office
Steph enjoyed scrapbooking, embroidery, and watching nascar racing. Above all, she loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren. Steph will be missed greatly by those that knew and loved her.
In addition to her husband of almost 40 years, Steph is survived by: daughter, Allie Plassmeyer, Brent Beckmann, granddaughter Blayke Beckmann, Katie Plassmeyer and grandson Colter Plassmeyer as well as many extended family members and friends.
Steph was preceded in death by her parents and her father-in-law, Jim Plassmeyer.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time and will be announced by Sassmann’s Chapel in Belle.
