In Loving Memory of Stephanie Lynn Tellier
February 12, 1969 – April 24, 2025
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Stephanie Tellier, who left this world far too soon on April 24, 2025, at the age of 56.
Stephanie was an artist in every sense of the word. Her creativity was boundless-expressed through her beautifully painted keepsakes, her innate eye for design, and the way she brought beauty into the everyday. Whether through a brushstroke or a thoughtful detail in her home, Stephanie had a gift for turning the ordinary into something meaningful.
She cherished life's quiet moments. She loved the simple life, often finding peace and joy in long drives, discovering hidden places, and soaking in the beauty of nature. Stephanie lived fully, freely, and on her own terms. She lived her life her way, and those who knew her admired her strength, authenticity, and unshakable spirit.
Stephanie's greatest joy in life was her daughter, Savannah Tellier, who was the light of her world and the heart of her every day. She is also survived by her loving husband, Alan Tellier; her mother, Beverly Webb; her father Morris Penick; her sisters, Tammy Penick and Jennifer Nelson; her brother, Tim Penick; and stepdaughter Roxanne Culver. Stephanie was the second of six children-a protector, role model, and best friend to her brothers and sisters. Her loyalty, guidance, and unconditional love will be remembered and cherished forever.
She also leaves behind extended family and many dear friends whose lives were brightened by her kindness, her laughter, and her artistic soul.
Though her time with us was too short, the love, beauty, and inspiration she leaves behind will live on in every life she touched.
A celebration of Stephanie's life will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Anastasia Baptist Church, 1650 A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080.
