Stephen Anthony Obituary

After graduating Kings Mountain High School in 2002, Stephen attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2006. Stephen enrolled in The North Carolina Central University School of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate in 2009. While in Law School, he was selected as a participant in the Thurgood Marshall Leadership Conference. Stephen was employed with Synergy Legal Services at the time of his passing.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Valerie Anthony and his father, Thadus Benton, Jr. (Shannon); his siblings, Brittany Anthony, Victor Anthony, Thadus Benton, III and Shakari Benton; his grandparents, Sarah Hill Anthony, Agnes Goode Benton and Thadus Benton, Sr. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert M. Anthony. Stephen will remain forever in our hearts.
