Steve was born in Baltimore Maryland, spending his earliest years in Woodlawn on

He served in the US Army from 1972-1974. He was stationed in South Korea working as

employed as an Electronics Technician, then later a Supervisor. In time, he learned
manufacturing technology through an employer and became an Assistant Engineer.
He greatly enjoyed music of many genres like rock, jazz, and blues. He was the family
photographer. He enjoyed outdoor activities like camping and fishing and would come
back with many nature and landscape photos of state and local parks. He also enjoyed
gardening. He and his wife tended vegetable gardens both at their home Randallstown,
MD where they lived when their children were small and also in Stewartstown once they
moved to Pennsylvania with their tweenagers in tow.
He will be most remembered for having a social nature and a wicked sense of humor.
A celebration of his life will follow at a later date, to be announced.
