Stephen Paul Hunsinger

Stephen Paul Hunsinger, 44 of Shiloh Georgia, passed away December 3, 2024 under the loving care of his older sister, Beth.
Stephen Paul was born December 5, 1979 in Columbus, Georgia; the beloved son of Larry Hunsinger and Deborah Boxx Hunsinger. He graduated from Christian Heritage Academy. He received his bachelors degree from
Atlanta Christian College in 2004 and went on to receive his Masters degree in business from Troy University and Masters of banking from the University of Georgia. He participated in high school basket ball and college soccer. He was employed as vice president of Affinity Bank in Atlanta, Georgia. He loved his family and his friends. His greatest joy was his two precious children.
Stephen Paul was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Louis and Betty Hunsinger and maternal grandparents Remi and Dixie Boxx and his younger sister Remi Lynn Shull. Survivors include his daughter, Isabella; his son, Caleb; his parents, Deborah Hunsinger and Larry Hunsinger; his siblings, Tammy (Beth) West, Mark Hunsinger and wife Tammy, Patricia Wilkerson; and his former wife and mother of his children, Dawn Hunsinger.
Graveside funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Hamilton Cemetery, located at 52 Forest Hill Drive, Hamilton, GA. Pastor Jonathan Merritt will officiate. The family will receive friends at the service.
Flowers will be accepted, or the family suggests those who desire may make memorial contributions to Valley Rescue Mission, Columbus, GA.
