Stephen Arthur "Steve" Martin

Stephen "Steve" Arthur Martin, age 77, of Abington, PA passed away on September 8, 2022 at The Hickman Friends Senior Community in West Chester, PA. Born in Wilmington, DE and raised in Ithaca, NY, Steve resided in Abington for 45+ years. He has 3 Masters degrees from Brooklyn College, Temple University, and Syracuse University along with a Bachelors from Ithaca College. He was a Master Mason at Shekinah-Fernwood Lodge No. 246 of Philadelphia, PA and enjoyed listening to classical music and classic rock, writing in his journal and reading. Steve is preceded in death by his father, Frank Edwin Martin, mother, Margaret Eleanor Martin (nee White), and sister, Mary Myer. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carol J.P. Martin, daughter, Tracey (Allen Gevry) Martin, son, Ken (Lorri) Martin, and grandson Harvey. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 11:30AM-12:30PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA, followed by a funeral service at 12:30PM. Interment will follow at Montefiore Cemetery, 600 Church Road, Jenkintown, PA. Shiva will be sat starting Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
