Stephen Perry Obituary

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Sally (Contenti) Perry.
Stephen was a devoted salesman for the RI Wave Newspaper, he enjoyed working even into his later years. He was widely known for his charisma and full-of-life personality. When not at work, Stephen found joy in music - spending countless hours carefully tuning his bass.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter Lori Scavongelli. He is also survived by his best friend of 52 years, Raymond Gauvin, his cousins Marguerite Lorenzo, and Suzanne Snedeker, and two grandchildren. Stephen was the brother of the late MaryAnn Peotrowski.
His Funeral and Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 13th, 9:00-11:00 AM at "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services PO Box 22324 New York, NY 10087.

Marilyn: feel terrible about your loss. We all lost a great guy and friend. I am gonna miss his calls and impersonations. I hope he is doing the Rodney impersonations to the angels!
