Stephen is preceded in death by his son Brandon West, and his parents Charles Winston and Joanne (Cole) Pharo.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years Barbara Pharo; sons Bradley Pharo (Allison) and Michael Pharo (Laura); his daughter Stephanie Seviour; sister Sherry Pharo Panian (Don); brother Charles "Chuck" Pharo; and his grandchildren Joseph, Natalie, Sean, Reid, Vincent, Emma, Noah, Kurt, Juliette.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Ratterman and Sons Funeral Home Jeffersontown 10600 Taylorsville Rd. With a closing prayer at 8 by the family.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer
