Stephen Z. Robbins age 56 of Riverdale, Georgia (formerly of Laurel Hill, Florida) passed away at the North Okaloosa Medical Center, Crestview, Florida. On April 20, 1966 a bundle of joy fell from heaven into the arms of two loving parents, Julius and Delores(Moore) Robbins, in the form of a beautiful baby boy, Stephen Zell Robbins. Early Sunday morning June fifth, a quiet whisper from above called him home, Steve understood and accepted this whisper, for comfort and rest, then ever so gently he transitioned to be with the Lord. Steve accepted Christ at an early age, attending Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Laurel Hill, Florida. Stephen attended Laurel Hill School, graduating with honors. Stephen continued his education attending the then named OWJC. He furthered his education and eventually completed his studies receiving his Bachelor's degree in Art and Sciences. Stephen was employed by Delta Airline's as a customer service agent. Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Delores Robbins. He leaves to mourn: his father: Julius W. Robbins; his significant other of thirty years Rosalind Sconiers, step daughter Shandreka Johnson, three step granddaughters, one grand step son, God sister Chantal Robbins, uncles: James Robbins, Bobby Gene Moore, Larry Moore(Patricia), Rocky Moore (Edna), Richard Moore (Dorothy), Ferrin Moore (Carole) Darrell Moore Sr.(Brenda), aunts: Lois Eady, Judy Wright(Sam), Linda Walls, Mary Matthews (John), and a host of cousins and friends.
