Steve Garcia Obituary

Steve had a passion for camping, trips to Morro Bay beach, and attending 49ers and SF Giants games. He was also a Disneyland enthusiast. After retiring, he cherished spending time with his grandson, enjoying every moment they shared together.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Dolores Cavazos Garcia, his daughters, Valerie and Veronica Cavazos Garcia, and his grandson, Vincente S. Cavazos-Garcia. He was preceded in death by his son, Vincente J. Cavazos-Garcia. Steve also enjoyed attending car shows, particularly those in Pismo, Morro Bay, Las Vegas, and Old Town Clovis.

I have just learned that my "stagehand compa", Steven Garcia, has left us all way too soon. We worked together for Local 158 Stage Hands union Fresno, for many years together. Always a gentleman, helpful, giving a hand on many concerts and musicals at the Save Mart Center, Fresno Convention Center or various venues. Am so sorry to have missed our last few months keeping in contact. Grandpa Steve was so proud of Vincent, his grandson and the moments they spent together. My deepest condolences and sympathy go to his family and friends.
