Steven "Steve" Ray Cayce, 74 of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away on May 22, 2025. Steve was born on December 21, 1950 in Oneida, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard Ray Cayce and Hilda DeBoe Cayce. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Anna Cayce Smit of Alpharetta, Georgia; two granddaughters; and two brothers, David Cayce and John Paul Cayce of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Steve always had an ear for music. He was one of those special people who could pick up an instrument and play it. He went on to use his talents in the music and concert industry. He was the proud owner of Concert and Theatrical Services and Supplies and ran sound and lighting for many concerts and events in the tri-state area.
Steve loved playing instruments for his grandkids and sharing music with family and friends. He will be honored with a Celebration of Life on July 27, 2025 at Cloudland Canyon State Park in the Group Shelter from 2-4 pm. Family and friends are encouraged to bring an instrument and join in a final jam session for Steve.
