Steven R. Coleman

Steven R Coleman 1956- 2021 Dallas – Steven Randolph Coleman, 65, passed away on May 19, 2021, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. He was born in Gaston County on April 16, 1956. He is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Tressie Palmer. Steve was a life time member of Bethlehem/City Church and was presently a member at Providence ARP Church. Steve worked at the Gaston County Landfill for years. He was a dedicated Christian man and loved serving the Lord. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 33 years, Teresa Guest Coleman; sons, Steven L. Coleman and William Hudson; grandchildren, Taylor, Kayla, Madison, and Wyatt Hudson; brother, James (Kathy) Palmer, sisters, Pat (Tom) Hildebrand, Brenda Spry. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 28th at Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dickie Spargo officiating.
