Frank A. Decembrino Jr.

Frank A. Decembrino Jr., age 92, of Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully at his residence on September 24, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Ambler, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Frank Sr. and Grace Decembrino. Frank was a proud graduate of Ambler High School and honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was the beloved father of Frank J. (the late Shirley), Gary, Steven (Joanne), Mary Lou Farina (Robert), and Robert (Gina). Frank will be deeply missed by his 17 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, his many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved sisters-Grace, Helen, Caroline, Eva, Mary, and Dorothy-and his brothers, Salvatore and Anthony. Frank enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He spent many years playing golf with the Ashton Golf League and cherished traveling with friends to play the game he loved. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Frank played baseball and basketball in his younger years and remained a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles throughout his life. Above all, Frank treasured time spent with his family, which brought him the greatest joy. He retired from Crown Cork and Seal a dedicated maintenance mechanic which began at Standard Pressed Steel. Through his life, Frank was known for his exceptional talent and mastery of many trades. Frank's commitment to his craft was matched only by his devotion to family and friends. Whether the project was large or small, he was always ready to lend a hand, offering his time and unwavering support. His generosity and work ethic left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to his Life Celebration on Monday, October 27th, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Church, 16 S. Spring Garden St., Ambler, PA 19002, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. His interment will take place on Tuesday, October 28th at 11:00 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.
