Steve is survived by his son Zain, parents Michael (Mayor) and Jeanne Hess, Brothers and Sister; Michael (Linda), Paula (James), Dan (Shannon), numerous nieces and nephews, and a remarkably close circle of friends.
Visitation: Tuesday, September 17th from 4:30-6:45PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, September 17th at 7:00PM at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: American Heart Association http://www.heart.org

Steve was there for me when we were at Senior week in Wildwood. My father had just passed and I finally broke down during a party. He took me into a room and talked to me and let me say how I felt. It's been 33 years now and I think of that a lot. Really will miss him. We had a ton of good time.
