Steven Leroy Huff

Steven Leroy Huff, 66, of Cumberland, MD, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at UPMC – Western Maryland.
Born February 17, 1958 in Cumberland to the late Dorothy Louise (Redhead) and Kenneth Huff. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie C. Huff and Walker E. Huff.
Steven worked until his retirement as a custodian at the Country Club Mall in LaVale, MD. He had a green thumb and enjoyed plants and gardening of all kinds, he especially loved trees. Steven was an old school country music fan, especially Buck Owens, and loved listening to his 8-track tapes.
Steven is survived by his brothers, Kenneth L. Huff and wife Wannetta and Dave W. Huff and wife Judy, James L. Huff, Francis L. Huff and wife Virginia; a sister, Julie L. Huff; a sister in law, Carolyn J. Huff; his nieces and nephews, Bryan Huff, Candi Davis and her sons Noah Davis, Landon Davis, Liam Davis, Lorelei N. Heidel and her husband Chris, Jason Huff, Melinda Huff, Misty Larue and her children Mason Larue and Kylie High, Robert Leasure and wife Dawn, Dennis Delzell, Jason Delzell, Aaron Delzell; a very large extended family; and his best friends James Mike Watson and James Hill Jr..
Visitation will be Friday, January 3rd from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. 15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD; a funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Calhoun officiating.
Interment will be in Davis Memorial Cemetery.
Steven was loved and cared for by his brother, Walker and Carolyn Huff. The bond they shared was very special.
The family would like to thank lArchway Station Inc. where he resided, was well loved, and had many friends.
