Karnowski, Steven Harry - Age 68 died suddenly Saturday May 16, 2020.
Steve was born November 25, 1951 in Flint, MI, the son of Harry and Eveline Karnowski. He graduated from Linden High School in 1969 and attended Michigan Technological University. Steve served in the US Army in the Military Police Corp with an Honorable Discharge. Steve resided and was active in Fenton most of his life as a stain glass artist, owning and operating Pleasant View Glass Works. He was active on the Library Board and Fenton Rotary Club. Steve had an incredible sense of family and will be deeply missed.
Surviving are: brothers, Andrew Karnowski of Traverse City, Michael (Nancy) Karnowski of Fenton; sisters, Catherine (Doug) DeWitt of Hohenwald, TN and Deborah Karnowski of Linden. He was uncle to Jaclyn (Pablo), Michele, Alexandria, Jaclyn, Ashley, Corey, Christopher and Super Great Uncle to Garrett, Josh, Eveline, Haley, Ben, Leo, and Magnolia. The family expresses their appreciation to special friends, Dr. John and Charlie Socey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be planned at a later date when the restrictions on gatherings are lifted.
