Steven "Kuhn Dog" J. Kuhns, 63, entered into rest on Saturday, May 18, 2024. He was the son of the late Bernard and Partricia (Smith) Kuhns.
Mr. Kuhns was born in Gettysburg on May 19, 1960. He was a 1978 graduate of Littlestown High School. Steve served in the US Air Force for nine years and was currently a quality auditor for Harley Davidson, where he had worked for 30 years. He was an avid Harley rider and also enjoyed playing golf, barbequing and of course selling his world-famous Kuhn Dog Sauce. He was a member of the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post #7045, where he served as past Commander, and was also a member of many more social clubs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Peter Kuhns. He is survived by his two brothers, David Kuhns and his wife Diane and Edward Kuhns and his wife Cyndy; best friends, Andy Wheatley and Lisa Dominic; nephews, Matthew Kuhns and his wife Theresa, and Todd Kuhns and his wife Jess; niece, Jennifer Gladhill and her husband Ryan. He is also survived by his dog, Birdie, and many more nieces.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held from 1:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, June 1st at the Kreutz Creek Valley VFW Post #7045, 341 Yorkana Rd., Hellam, PA 17406.
