Steven Orwig Obituary
Steve was born in York on December 9, 1960 and was preceded by his parents; Donald and Flora (Dandy) Orwig. A highly skilled carpenter, he had a career spanning 46 years in the construction industry. The last two decades being self-employed. He started every morning by thanking the Lord for another day and followed it with with prayers for his family. Steve will be remembered as a person having unwaivering faith in Christ and immense love for his family and the outdoors.
Steve is survived by his children Steven Orwig II, Justin T. Orwig, and Danne A. Kirk; his grandchildren Leigha, Kilee, Daniel, Layton, and Ariah; his siblings Donna Miller, Kenneth Orwig, Lora Woods, Zachary Orwig; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Professional services are under the direction of Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., of East York.
