Steven Todd Verde

It is with heartfelt sadness to announce Steve Todd Verde, 52 of New Port Richey, FL has passed on July 13, 2025, due to terminal illness. He is no longer suffering and is reunited with his mother, Linda J. Wojciechowski.

He leaves behind his son, Kyle A. Verde. Also survived by his godfather, Anthony Toth of ME. Barbara & (John) Sicea of FL. Irene Kerstner of Maryland. Charles & (Karen) Bigley of NC. Godmother, Nancy & (Butch) Tolle of NJ. James & (Bernice) Bigley of NJ. Dorothy & (Robert) Lauer of SC. Steve was born in Trenton, NJ, and grew up participating in various sports such as baseball and football. He worked at his cousin, Anthony Verde's, cabinet shop learning skills he would later develop to build his career. In 2001, he met Tammy Taylor and made a permanent move to Florida with her in 2004 and soon they began a family, their only son, Kyle Anthony Verde was born in 2006. Steve chose his son's name, stating this was his favorite name for as long as he could remember and wished it was his own. His favorite team, the Steelers also won the Superbowl in 2006 and he said it was the best year of his life. Steve loved working with his hands, he was multi-talented and skilled in roofing, construction, remodeling and repair in which he turned into his own business. He loved pointing out projects he had completed and the idea they would be part of history forever. He always greeted everyone he met with a smile; funny, charming and always joking, he loved being around family/friends and listening to stories they had to share.

We love and miss you; we will always carry your memory in our hearts.

So many wonderful memories of us together. I love you forever Steve thank you for loving me. I´ll continue loving you unconditionally for the rest of my life until we meet again and then I will love you even more, if that´s even possible! You are an amazing man! See you when I see you baby!!!

You will be missed Steve. Kimberly did such an amazing job taking care of you from the beginning of your illness to the end of your illness she is one tough cookie and so we're you. I seen you at your best and your worse and she never left you side. You had the best woman ever. You will be missed but now you have gained your angel wings. Say hi to my grandparents my Aunt Heather and my step mom for me. Those people are all deeply missed. Just like you
