Sue Ellen Piccione, 68, of Westport, passed away at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at her residence.
Born November 26, 1956, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Pauline (Lanham) Combest and the late Josirah Combest. She married Patrick A. Piccione on January 30, 1993, in North Vernon; he preceded her in death on September 28, 2014.
Sue was a 1975 graduate of Jennings County High School and worked as a waitress for the CSL County Club and the Cherry House in Indianapolis. She was very artistic and enjoyed going to the casino's, playing card games, playing games on a tablet. Sue loved to spend time with her family.
Survivors include her daughters, Amanda Sue (Bobby) Petro of Nineveh and Melissa Dawn (Mark) Birnell of Ann Arbor, Michigan; mother, Pauline Combest of Westport; step-daughter, Tonie (Kelly) Piccione-Parrish of Indianapolis; brothers, Steven Combest, Jeff Combest, Roy Combest, and Larry Joe Combest; sisters, Kim McIntosh, Paula Lashley, Bonnie Miles, Linda Dickinson, and Kathie Bowen; grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Alexus, Jakeb, Jaelynn, Sierra, Auston, Kylea, Brooke, Kaylee and Kaleb; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; her husband; son, Richard "Ricky Joe" Eisenmenger; sister, Debbie Brooks; and her in-laws, George and Joanne Shields.
A funeral service for Sue will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon. The visitation will be held on Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service. A private burial will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made in honor of Sue through the funeral home to the American Heart Association.
