Susan M. Craft, age 65, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Timothy Craft, devoted mother of Tim (Megan) Craft and Hannah Craft, and proud grandmother of Maggie and Parker. Susan was the cherished daughter of Stanley and Dorothy Peplowski, and dear sister of Pamela and Karen. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her deeply.
Susan dedicated her life to caring for others. She began her career as a nurse and later became a flight nurse, a role that reflected both her courage and compassion. It was during this time that she met the love of her life, Tim. Together they shared 37 years of marriage filled with laughter and unwavering love.
A pioneer in case management, Susan was known for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to advancing patient care. Her colleagues remember her as a mentor and advocate who made a lasting impact on the nursing community.
Above all, Susan cherished her family. Her warmth, strength, and endless love will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
Visitation Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a 7:00 pm rosary at Wasik Funeral Home, Inc 49150 Schoenherr Rd. (n. of 22 Mile Road), Shelby Twp. Susan's commitment to her profession will be honored with a Nurse Honor Guard service presented by the Nurse Honor Guard of South East Michigan beginning at 6:45 PM Sunday evening. Instate Monday from 9:30 am until a 10:00 am funeral mass at St. John Vianney Catholic Church 54045 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, 48315. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
