Susan Lynn Hendrix, a beloved soul who held the hearts of many passed away in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 1, 2024. Born in the same city on July 24 1964, she was the daughter of Thomas Earl and Generose Ann (Gehrich) Hendrix.
Susan dedicated 25 years of her life working in medical records for IG & H, leaving a lasting impact on those she served. However, it was her role as a mother, grandmother and friend that truly defined her. She adored spending time with her grandchildren, Ailish and Braylon, engaging in their favorite activities like roasting marshmallows and silly string fights. Her love for them knew no bounds, and she cherished every moment with them.
Outside of work and family, Susan found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved being outside in the sunshine, whether it was at the beach or tending to her yard and engaging in remodeling projects. Her free spirit and zest for life were evident to all who knew her.
Susan will be deeply missed by her surviving family: her daughter Tiffany Dawn (Franklin) "Kevin" Ma; grandchildren, Ailish and Braylon; brothers, Dean Hendrix and Jim "Judy" Hendrix; sisters-in-law, Nancy Hendrix and Stefanie Hendrix; and several nieces and nephews and cousins. The memories shared with Susan will forever hold a special place in their hearts.
