Susan J. "Suzy Q" Klemencic

Susan J. "Suzy Q" Klemencic, 60, passed away Thurday, January 02, 2025 Mercy Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born October 23, 1964 in Aurora, IL.
Susan was a lifelong resident of Aurora. In her younger years, she attended St. Joseph's Catholic grade school and later attended Aurora Central Catholic high school. After she graduated, she went to work for McKee Door in Aurora, followed by AT&T in Geneva, and most recently, Walmart in Aurora. Sue also spent years babysitting her great nieces, great nephews and was a caretaker to her father.
She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Her smile and contagious laughter would never go unmissed when Sue was around. She had a knack for unintentionally creating "Suzy-idioms" that would always result in much family amusememt. Memories of her will forever be cherished and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by three brothers and her sister Michael (Pam) Klemencic, Mark Klemencic, Joseph (Cathy) Klemencic, and Karla (John) Johnson; 9 nieces and nephews Kara (Bryan) Blaha, Michael (Kelly) Klemencic, Steven (Kristle) Klemencic, David (Christina) Klemencic, Joseph Klemencic, Ethan Klemenic, Erin Klemencic, John (Courtney) Johnson, and Amie (Baldemar) Flores; and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elaine (Becker) and Joseph Klemencic and two dogs, Pepper and Thor.
Suzy's wishes were to be cremated and the family is planning a "Celebration of Life" in the spring. Please check back here in the early spring of 2025 for updated funeral arrangements.
