Susan Irene Neely Harrison Monts

Susan Monts, 72, passed away on November 15, 2023, in Longview, Texas. She worked at Diagnostic Clinic of Longview, as an Administrative Assistant, for 18 years.

Susan touched so many people in the different aspects of her life by her kindness.  She had the ability to care for everyone.  She was truly loved by those who knew her.  She loved her friends, daughters, grandchildren and her work. She was a special person who will be greatly missed.

Susan is survived by her daughters and families:  Jenny, Kevin & Landon Bailey of Burbank, CA and Heather Nolan, Sky, Canyon & Lake Timmons of Wylie, TX. She is also survived by her sister, Sarah & Kenneth Fielden and brother, Dicky and Gay-Nell Harrison of Gilmer, TX and brother Jimmy Harrison of Carencro, LA. 

Susan is preceded in death by her parents Neil & Ida Gene Harrison and her husband, Philip Monts.
The service for Susan Monts will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 3pm at First Methodist Church of Gilmer, TX.

Visitation: Saturday, November 18, 2023, 6pm - 8pm at Croley Funeral Home.
