Funeral Service for Sylvia Renee (Nofire) Holmes, 63, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on March 15, 1962 in Talihina, Oklahoma to Mose Nofire and Mary Mae (Bird) Nofire and passed away on June 19, 2025 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was married to Charles Holmes on August 25, 2006 in the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee.
Survivors are husband, Charles Holmes of the home; son, Jeremy Mabray of Muldrow, OK; nephew, Tristan Williams of the home; mother, Mary Nofire of Muldrow, OK; sister, Rebecca Nofire and Jonathan Bird of Muldrow, OK; granddaughter, Kailee Emerson and Jeff of Evening Shade, OK; grandson, Caleb Mabray of Fort Smith, AR; niece, Kaira Qualls of Muldrow, OK; chosen grandchildren, Bodhi, PJ, Christian, Noah, Alice and Locke; chosen great-grandchildren, Baron, Harlow and Nash; and numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mose Nofire; two brothers, Mose Jr. and Scotty Nofire; and one sister, Amy Nofire.
Viewing will be 1 - 8 PM Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 PM.
