It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of beloved wife Tammy Renee Frank on Friday February 7th, 2025 at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center. Tamara (Tammy) Renee Frank was born on April 2nd, 1952, in York Pennsylvania to Forry and Mariam (Honey) Willard. She graduated from York Suburban High School in 1972 where she was a distinguished member of Job's Daughters, a women's leadership organization. Tammy graduated from Temple University as a dental hygienist. Her career as a dental hygienist continued for 28 years before she joined her husband in ministry. She and Chuck planted Crossroads Church in Hagerstown Maryland, where she took on the role of executive administrator.

In 2007 being called by God, Tammy and Chuck moved back to Lancaster County to plant Crossings Church. Tammy then assumed secretarial duties at Middletown First Church of God. During her time at Middletown she served the Lord in many different areas: Event planning, a listening ear to others, developing close relationships with the staff and congregants, and all of the myriad duties that go along with being the church secretary. Tammy’s Love of God was evident to all who met her.

Tammy was known by all for her beautiful smile. She shared her love and concern not only with people but with animals as well. She and Chuck supported the SPCA and it was important to Tammy that animals be treated humanely. Tammy also loved cars. She showed evidence of this by owning and driving a Porsche, an MGB and a hot rod Mustang. She had fun being able to identify almost any car from a mile away.

In the early years of their marriage, as well as being a dental hygienist, Tammy was a licensed cosmetologist and worked for Empire beauty school as an educator. Tammy enjoyed teaching and taught an intense study of God’s word at Hempfield United Methodist Church.

Tammy was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan. She enjoyed watching and cheering for her teams. Tammy had a great love for people and she understood their pain as she herself had suffered greatly in the unexpected loss of her 17-year-old brother, Jim.

Tammy is survived by her beloved husband Charles (Chuck) Frank, her Brother-in-law John Robert Frank and many nieces, nephews. She will also be greatly missed by her sweet dog, Koda. Tammy is preceded in death by her brother, Jim Willard and her parents, Forry and Miriam Willard.

A celebration of Life service will be held at Middletown First Church of God, 245 West High Street Middletown, Pa. on Saturday February 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. A reception will immediately follow the service. Tammy will be laid to rest at East Petersburg Mennonite Church Cemetery, where a committal service will be held following the reception. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Tammy’s memory to Middletown First Church of God or Eastern Regional Conference - Churches of God, Church Planning, 113 South 2nd Street, Wormleysburg, Pa 17043.
