Tammy Rochelle Hines was born December 20, 1971, to Wanda Hines and James Harris.
Tammy passed away on March 30, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
Tammy attended Austin East High School and graduated in 1990. For a short time, she attended UT Knoxville. After some time, she transferred to TSU (Nashville), where she was loved and had the pleasure of becoming a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
Tammy graduated with a degree in counseling and psychotherapy. She then went on to start her own business, specializing in therapy and mental health, where she impacted and helped many people over the years.
Tammy was preceded in death by a sister, Stephanie Hines; father, James Harris; aunt, Joan Washington; uncle, Calvin Washington and Julius DeWiss; and cousin, BG Washington.
She leaves to celebrate her life, her mother, Wanda Hines; sister, Trevice(Anthony) Lawrence; brother, Albert Harris Sr, Brother, Micheal (Keisha) Monday-Hines sister, Jazzmyne Monday-Hines brother, Justin Monday-Hines sister in love, Renee(Orlandas) Earley; nephews, Anthony, DeMicheal, Lil Albert, Adrian, Savon; nieces, Talysha, Zalysha, Ashley, ZaNeeya, and a whole host of family, friends, and Delta sisters to celebrate her memories.
Special thanks to the Greenhill family, the Austin East Class of 1990, and the Brothers and Sisters of the Kingdom Hall.
